Developing new medical products is hard and at times frustrating . I always bring a positive can-do attitude to work and it is often contagious.
What provides you the most energy?
When my team understands the big picture of what new medical product we are going to develop and realizing how many patients will have a better quality of life as a result of  our efforts.
When do you know if your work has meaning?
After presenting the new product to company employees and to strategic partners, folks will come up to me and thank me for sharing the vision of how the new medical product will benefit society and the pride they will now take in helping to make it a reality.
